Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?

Orders are despatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays). Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is despatched. Australian orders will update the same day they're dropped off. International orders may take 1–3 business days to appear in the Australia Post system.

How much does domestic shipping cost?
Flat rate of $15 AUD. Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD (calculated after discounts).

How long does delivery take?
Estimated 2–5 business days to major metro areas and 3-7 business days to regional areas.

Shipping — New Zealand (Zone 1)

How much does shipping to New Zealand cost?
Flat rate of $25 NZD. Free shipping on orders over $200 NZD (calculated after discounts).

How long does delivery take?
4–7 business days to major metro areas.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on New Zealand regulations. These are the customer's responsibility and collected upon delivery if applicable.

How much does shipping to Asia Pacific cost?
Flat rate of $25 AUD. Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD (calculated after discounts).

How long does delivery take?
6–12 business days to major metro areas. Allow extra time for customs clearance and remote locations.

Flat rate of $18 USD. Free shipping on orders over $150 USD (calculated after discounts).

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
No. We cover 100% of import duties, customs fees, and tariffs. The price at checkout is exactly what you pay — no surprises.

How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate of $35 AUD. Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD (calculated after discounts).

How long does delivery take?
12–20+ business days to major metro areas. Allow additional time for customs clearance, remote locations, and public holidays.

Is express shipping available?

Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout with rates and delivery times calculated by destination.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Change of mind returns are issued as store credit (no expiry) and faulty items are eligible for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@supakiba.com with RETURN REQUEST + your order number in the subject line or use our contact form. Include a description and photos where relevant. Wait for approval before sending anything back — returns without approval won't be accepted.

How long does approval take?

You'll hear back from us within 1–2 business days.

I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind. What are my options?

Start a return with us by sending us an email or filling out our contact us form. Send the item/s back within 30 days in an unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags, packaging and a copy of your invoice. We'll issue a store credit (no expiry) once received and verified by our team. Return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

My item is faulty or defective. What do I do?

Let us know as soon as you notice the issue. Email hello@supakiba.com with photos and your order number and we'll take care of it. Send the item back to us (we'll cover your return shipping) and our team will review it. Once approved, you can opt for either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Note that normal wear and tear such as fading, minor stretching or scuffs from regular use isn't considered a fault.

What items are not eligible for return?

FINAL SALE items, worn or washed items, items missing tags or packaging, and unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

What happens if my return gets lost in transit?

We're not responsible for return parcels lost on the way back to us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.

My order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Contact your courier as soon as you notice the issue via their relevant contact forms. For Australian domestic orders, you can lodge an enquiry via the Aus Post tracking link that you receive via email. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@supakiba.com and we'll try our best to help. Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been handed to the courier.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@supakiba.com if you need to make a change or cancel. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you've made a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@supakiba.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order is processed. We can't be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods at checkout including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes! Shop now and pay later in 4 interest-free instalments with Afterpay. Here's how:

2. Select Afterpay as your payment method

4. Your order is confirmed instantly — pay the rest fortnightly

Can I shop in my local currency?

Yes. To shop in your local currency, select your region or country from the menu on our homepage before checking out.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are currently online only.

How do I know what size to order?

Where is Supa Kiba Based?

SUPA KIBA is based in Melbourne, Australia.

All orders are packed and shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Our drops are intentionally limited, meaning once an item sells out, it may not return. Some pieces are gone for good. That’s the nature of SUPA KIBA.
That said, select styles may be restocked in future drops.
The best way to stay updated is to:

  • Subscribe to our email list for restock and new drop alerts
  • Follow us on social media for real-time updates

If you see something you love, don’t wait — these pieces move fast.

How do I use a discount code?

Using a discount code is simple:

  1. Add the items you want to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your discount code in the "Discount code" field
  4. Click Apply and the discount will be applied to your order total

Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes are case-sensitive, so avoid any extra spaces.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?
No. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items.

Can I use more than one discount code?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Do you offer gift cards?
