How it works

Email us

Email hello@supakiba.com with RETURN REQUEST + your order number in the subject line, or click here to start your return using our contact form. Either way, include a description and photos where relevant.

Wait for approval

We'll reply within 1–2 business days. Do not send anything back until you hear from us — returns without approval won't be accepted.

Send it back

Return the item unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and a copy of your invoice. Keep your tracking proof until we confirm receipt.


Return types

Change of mind or wrong size

We'll accept your return within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit (no expiry). Return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Use your store credit to reorder your preferred size, colour, or style — standard shipping rates apply at checkout. During sale periods, store credit is the only option available.

Faulty or defective

Let us know as soon as you notice the problem. Send us photos and your order number and we'll take care of you — whether that's a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. We'll cover your return shipping too. Normal wear and tear like fading, minor stretching, or scuffs from regular use isn't considered a fault.


Good to know

  • Not eligible for return

    FINAL SALE items, worn or washed items, items missing tags or packaging, and unauthorised returns.

  • Returned in poor condition

    If an item is returned with stains, hair, makeup, or any other signs of use, the return will be deemed unacceptable. The customer will be required to pay for the item to be shipped back to them, or forfeit the item entirely.

  • Lost or missing orders

    Contact your courier as soon as you notice the issue via their relevant contact forms. For Australian domestic orders, you can lodge an enquiry via the Aus Post tracking link that you receive via email. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@supakiba.com and we'll try our best to help. Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been handed to the courier or where the address was entered correctly.

  • Lost returns

    We're not responsible for return parcels lost in transit on the way back to us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
